Accutane Lawsuit

The acne treatment accutane has come under fire based on recent data showing the drug can lead to gastrointestinal problems such as IBS leading to a variety of accutane lawsuits in 2009 and 2010. While accutane was a very successful treatment for many acne sufferers, the risk of GI issues are not worth it.
While the original pharmaceutical maker of Accutane has pulled the drug from the US market, the drug is still available in generic form. If you are considering accutane as a treatment, be sure you fully understand the risks. If you have used accutane in the past and have suffered from GI issues, now you may know why.
